The hallways reeked of mothballs, a charming touch, really. And the shower head was so low it must be for toddlers. I expected a welcome gift or a complimentary drink after that, but apparently I'm just another guest. Almost gave a good review, but couldn't ignore the unliveable conditions. So disappointing.

We got a room with a bathtub. A microwave, a fridge and a washing machine were available too. Its location in Newton was comfortable, close to restaurant, and a multi-hundred truck stop.

Budget travelers beware!

Despite its shabby exterior, the place was cleaner than expected. The Wi-Fi was fast enough for my needs, and the bed was decent for a night's sleep.

It was a bit pricey but then again, you get what you pay for.

The room was super tidy. The beds were very comfortable, providing restful sleep. A full selection of cable TV channels was available. The air conditioning kept it cool during the heat. This was a pleasant stay.

The location was perfect for exploring local spots like the Warkentin House Museum and Sand Creek Station Golf Course. Staff was accommodating. We slept well and enjoyed the comfy beds. Plus, it was a budget-friendly choice which is always a win for group trips!

While the overall experience was good, there wasn't much grassy area for my friend's dog to walk, a downside for us.

We enjoyed the clean, comfy room while our pets felt right at home too. The kids had a blast at the nearby Sand Creek Golf Course. Thanks for a refreshing experience without breaking the bank!

My kids wished for more grassy areas to play.

The air conditioning wasn't operational until check-in, leaving the room uncomfortably hot at first. There's no coffee maker in the room, which can be a letdown for caffeine-dependent travelers. The bed comfort was only moderate, and the dead bolt from the inside was a no-show. Shampoo and conditioner supplies were scant, so packing your own would be wise.
